What Is Causing You To Age… And Look Older?

Monday, March 5th, 2012

Do you really want to be healthy? Are you doing everything you can to avoid looking 20 years older than you are?

FACT: Nearly 100% of all loss of height as you grow older happens because of diseased and dehydrated spinal discs.

FACT: You are born with 23 healthy spinal discs. To keep them healthy you need to nurture them everyday with exercise, water, and good foods.

FACT: If you lose just 1/16th of an inch on each of those discs and you times that small amount to your 23 discs, that will equal almost an INCH and a HALF loss of your overall height.

FACT: Most spinal discs don’t lose as little as 1/16th of an inch in their height, therefore it is easy to see why some people lose as much as 3-6 inches in total body height as they grow older. It’s much like taking a stick and watching it grow shorter and shorter as one continues to whittle the end off of it.

With the proper usage of chiropractic, water, and exercise, you can prevent most height loss problems. Call for an appointment today.

“FEEL” YOUR BEST & “LOOK” YOUR BEST With This Safe Effective DHEA Creme

Saturday, March 3rd, 2012

Safe effective DHEA Crème’ from West Coast Anti Aging is a 100%,  all natural creme that restores vigor and vitality while helping you feel lean ‘fit’ and ‘trim’ again.

IMAGINE naturally restoring your youthful vigor by using a simple crème that you apply, once to twice a day.

This specially formulated creme restores YOUR youthful vigor, without the worries of side effects.

There’s  been a number of articles written about the rejuvenating benefits of DHEA in the magazines, so pay attention.  Within a few weeks of applying this crème you’re going to feel leaner, fitter and more energetic overall. You’ll even start to sleep better at night.

DHEA is a naturally occurring compound. It is the most abundant pro-hormone or building block for hormones in your system; but what most people do not realize is we gradually make less and less DHEA AFTER about age 25.

DHEA is called the “the mother of all hormones”.

DHEA is an important building block for 50 different hormones. Whether male or female, studies have shown youthful DHEA levels are tied to good health, while low levels of DHEA are tied to numerous health problems.  DHEA is a safe, effective way to look your best and feel your best without any plastic surgery, no matter how old you are.

The crème is the secret. It provides the daily user DHEA in the right way – through the skin.

Clinical research reveals that 88% of DHEA metabolism occurs in the skin.* This discovery adds logical credence to the application of West Coast’s Anti Aging bio-identical DHEA crème on the skin as the best way to get DHEA into your system. The skin is where we use DHEA.

“Testosterone”

Monday, October 24th, 2011

“If you would like to learn the simple and easy way to maintain your muscle mass, have more energy so you can stay up with the 20 year-olds, decrease or maintain your blood pressure and prevent osteoporosis and depression you’d better think about using these amazing crèmes.”

Testosterone

I have to tell you, if testosterone is required by your body for a good sex-drive, regulating your body fat, maintaining your muscle mass, letting you have good energy, maintaining your bone density, regulating your blood sugar, your blood pressure and preventing depression, you better start thinking about getting a container of this crème today.

Here’s something most men don’t realize. After you turn 25, your testosterone levels begin declining at an average of 1.25% per year. That doesn’t seem like much, but you’re still probably thinking, “So what”. Well you may want to rethink that right now. Here’s what is happening in your body. This slow decline results in you having ‘fat’ deposits, some sexual organ shrinkage possibly having some type of heart disease, a loss of memory, a loss of your strength and muscle mass plus the chance of a decrease in your libido.

Let me give you the ingredients and the recommended use. [Pay close attention to how you use them because this is how you can achieve maximum change in your body composition. That’s if you really want to make a change.]

Ingredients: Active Ingredients: 5% Homeopathic Testosterone in 10x, 30x and 100x potencies, Somatropin (HGH) in 10x, 30x and 100x potencies, IGF-1 30x and Pituitary Extract 30x.

Recommended Use: Apply this special cream to dry clean skin (behind your knees, inner arms, upper chest or neck). Apply 1/2 to 1 teaspoon or more first thing in the morning and before bed. Apply cream 30 minutes before exercise or sexual activity. Works best if used twice daily.

Like I said, if you want to maintain your muscle mass, have more energy, possibly decrease or maintain your blood pressure, prevent osteoporosis and depression you’d better think about starting on this Testosterone crème today. If you work out or exercise at all I’d advise you get on the HGH crème as well. They are the dynamic duo to your body.

All I can say is this. Once you use them for awhile, you’re going to start to ‘feel’ the difference. You’re going to be ahead of the game and you’re going to be a different man. It doesn’t get any better than this.

WOMEN: How To Control Your Symptoms Naturally!

Monday, October 24th, 2011

WOMEN: How To Control
Your Symptoms Naturally!

Are there natural remedies available RIGHT NOW to alleviate your symptoms of aging plus help restore hormone balance, even AFTER menopause or hysterectomy? YES!!

This article does not just apply to PMS and over 50 females. It applies  to    every woman over the age of 35.

To help you feel your best, we encourage the use of natural bioidentical   hormones and other natural supplements that help you safely control       your symptoms associated with aging (which is anyone over the age of     30) and menopause, hysterectomy, PMS, as well as help with bone loss.

We offer the what we consider the highest quality natural Progesterone   Creme, Estriol Creme, HGH creme and Homeopathic Testosterone Crème   ever.

We offer these natural products to help your hormone glands to function normally, and boost “good estrogen” while lowering the “bad estrogens” so you don’t feel bad, look bad or even act bad.

What is the first hormone I should supplement with?
Dr. Lee, a noted authority on aging and hormones plus other authorities on the subject of hormone balance, have explained that ‘women begin to lose the ability to produce Progesterone much earlier than Estrogen’.

Quite often, by the time a woman reaches 40, her Progesterone levels have dropped low enough to result in her experiencing “Estrogen Dominance” as Dr. Lee refers to it.

Low Progesterone can even occur in young women and can result in: *Migraines, *Fatigue, *Irritability, *Cramping, *Anxiety, *Mood Swings, *Depression, *Fat Gain, *Water Retention, *Foggy Thinking, *Breast Tenderness, *Fibrocystic Breasts, *Irregular Menstrual Periods, *Miscarriages, *Infertility, *Decreased Sex Drive, *Dryness, *Endometriosis, *Bone Loss, *Hair Loss, *Hot Flashes, *Insomnia, *Premature Aging, *PMS, *Menopausal Symptoms and *Bone Loss.

It makes sense to supplement Progesterone if you are experiencing any of these. Quite often, just adding Progesterone creme will restore normal balance and make a world of difference in how you feel.

Diet and Testosterone….

Monday, October 24th, 2011

Diet and Testosterone….

Are you searching for ways to boost your testosterone levels naturally? Have you looked at your diet?

The following is a collection of tips from doctors, scientists and fitness experts about a healthy diet for optimum testosterone production, including lots of foods and even fruits that increase testosterone production.

Testosterone is produced by the body and is not found in the food we eat; however, certain foods lead to testosterone production and better blood circulation, which carries the testosterone to the appropriate organ, while other foods should be avoided.

So foods that encourage testosterone production may be called — for lack of a better term — testosterone food sources.

 Testosterone Food Sources

Include: Zinc: The best source of dietary zinc is meat. The best meat choice is the white meat of chicken. The best fish choice is salmon. For vegetarians, choose peanuts or beans. No fruits that increase testosterone in this category, because plant sources of zinc are harder for the body to use and are not good testosterone food sources.

Vitamin A: essential for the normal function of the reproductive organs. Lots of fruits that increase testosterone in this category:apples, blueberries, cantaloupe, pineapple and citrus fruits, just to name a few. Other food sources of Vitamin A include fish (salmon, again), leafy greens (spinach) and brightly colored vegetables like tomatoes, red peppers and  yellow squash.

Hope you like salmon, because other than being an excellent source of Vitamin A and zinc, as well as protein, fish oil is said to keep SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin) levels lower. When testosterone runs into        SHBG  in the blood stream, it becomes attached to it, and then can’t interact with any of the body’s cells.

The net effect of testosterone that is attached to SHBG is the same as a lack of       testosterone since it is prevented from having any impact on the body.                     Salmon might be your number one testosterone food source followed   closely by oysters which are naturally rich in zinc.

Avoid: The following foods are not testosterone friendly food and drink sources: fried foods, sugar and caffeine over stimulate the adrenals, which produce some testosterone. Over stimulating the adrenals leads to “adrenal exhaustion”, means they are not going to produce testosterone or anything else. So a breakfast of hash browns, toast with jelly and coffee with cream and sugar would have pretty much everything in it that you want to AVOID if you are looking for testosterone food sources.

In conclusion, a healthy diet and testosterone production go hand in hand. In the meantime, for breakfast tomorrow have an egg omelet (egg yolk contains cholesterol which testosterone is made from) with tomatoes and red peppers (sources of Vitamin A) and natural orange juice to drink. Follow that up with some alfalfa-sprout toast (alfalfa is said to be a sexual stimulant) and some fresh apples, pineapples or other fruits that increase testosterone and you are sure to have a good start to your day. If you haven’t added the Testosterone Homeopathic Crème yet, get it today. It’s quick and easy to apply and it works.

Boulder chiropractor bio identical hormones HGH

Monday, September 19th, 2011

What is HGH? (Human Growth Hormone)

A lot of people are in the dark when it comes to HGH. Human Growth Hormone (also known and commonly referred to as HGH) is one of the most puzzling hormones in the human body. The waves of inaccurate, incomplete and false information floating around make HGH even more confusing. The fact is Human Growth Hormone is a complex peptide hormone produced 100% naturally in the pituitary gland – (a pea-sized structure at the base of your brain) – and released throughout your lifetime to promote growth, tissue repair and regeneration. Pretty important stuff if you ask me. Don’t forget. HGH is ‘critical’ for tissue repair, muscle growth, healing, brain function, physical and mental health, bone strength, energy and metabolism.

HGH is the most critical hormone responsible for growth in children and teens. As early as our late teens, HGH production slows before dramatically dipping beginning in our 30s. As HGH levels decline, muscle mass decreases and the damages caused by aging accelerate. By increasing HGH levels, muscle mass can be increased and many of the effects of aging can be slowed and even reversed. But how can you do that?

HGH Risks and Side Effects

Synthetic human growth hormone injections made with synthetic HGH are the most talked about HGH treatments in the world despite their dangers and FDA ban. HGH injections are taken by many people as part of an anti-aging or muscle-building regimen.

However, HGH injections are only FDA approved to treat children who struggle to produce enough HGH for growth, for AIDS patients and for adults with HGH deficiency caused by surgery, radiation or other similar medical conditions and can cost thousands of dollars a month. And they still come with ALL the risks.

RISKS of synthetic HGH injections include:

  • Extreme swelling in your arms and legs
  • Elevated blood pressure
  • Moderate to intense muscle, nerve and joint PAIN
  • Contributes to both diabetes and heart disease

HGH Health and Beauty Benefits

That’s why HGH supplements can be so beneficial. A good HGH creme promotes the natural production and release of HGH with ingredients proven to stimulate the body’s natural HGH production within the pituitary gland. HGH homeopathic cremes give those people looking to build muscle or fight aging a “safe and effective way” to increase HGH production without the side effects of HGH injections. The best HGH creme contains key amino acids directly related to HGH production, are 100% steroid-free, safe and legal and there’s no prescription required. These HGH crèmes have been proven to:

  • Increase calcium retention to increase bone density
  • Stimulate the immune system
  • Reduce excess body fat
  • Reduce wrinkles and other signs of aging on the skin
  • Slow the progression of cardiovascular disease

These effective and safe crèmes are available in this office, check with the front desk or www.boulderantiaging.com

In Between Coffee Mugs and Good Souls

Monday, September 12th, 2011

As seen in most TV ads, waking up in the cold morning, looking at the sunrise and a hand cup full of coffee could start your day perfectly. The aroma embodies the hard work of harvesting the beans from a vast field and the taste satisfies the buds as it is brewed from the finest ingredients. Coffee by definition is a brewed beverage with a dark, slightly acidic flavor prepared from the roasted seeds of the coffee plant, colloquially called coffee beans. The beans are found in coffee cherries, which grow on trees cultivated in over 70 countries, primarily in equatorial Latin America, Southeast Asia, South Asia and Africa. And is one of the most consummated beverages in the world, creating a stimulating effect to humans.

The first cup of coffee I had was the one my grandma made when I was younger. The finely grounded coffee beans calm my body as the incorporated sweetness of the sugar gave me a hint that every sip is worth it. Since then, I have had countless mugs and cups of coffee from every corner of the globe. For me, food and drinks are an emotional experience. You enjoy your favorite cafes and restaurants in large part because of the way they make you feel. Simple moments are made even better by just having those little talks over a cup of good coffee plus a set of tasty pastry along the side. And then a friend of sent me a gift for my birthday. It was in an unusually packed red and green package, as though, it was Christmas already, with a gold ribbon on it. I opened it and saw two bags of gourmet coffee in it. I immediately transferred them into different canisters.

In one of my trips to Asia, I brought along with me one canister. It was a business trip in the middle of the year. Unlike America, the wet season lasts even longer in some parts of the Asian region and I’m so glad that I don’t have to drive myself to strangers’ streets just to find a cozy place to be and do my reports and maybe, drink coffee to stimulate my senses. There was a time that I got really cracked up with work and browsed my Facebook account and searched for “Ganovia coffee” in Google. Amazingly, there was very little information associated with the searches until I called my friend Kirsten. She said, she bought the coffee from her chiropractor who used to treat her spine curvature (Scoliosis) and she thought that I would like the taste plus its “Super Food” content. I’ve heard a lot of stuff containing there super food but I really don’t know what are the kinds, and I remembered she mentioned about a page on Facebook where I can look for more information about the content.

I learned that a certain Happy Berry contains rich amount of antioxidants, particularly carotenoids such as beta-carotene, Vitamins A, C, and E, which helps boosts the immunity and an anti oxidant called zeaxanthin which acts to protect the retina of the eye. I am very conscious about my eyesight because I spend substantial amount of time working in front of my computer and doing the paper works. The first time I heard that Cordyceps are good food for all I know; they thrive on moisture rich environment and are considered to be fungi. The silly looking is known as the “Healing Mushroom” to Ancient Chinese that has an anti inflammatory effect that is needed by the body to help fight infection and its relative, the Ganoderma Mushroom. In centuries, it is used to promote health and longevity in the Orient.

For the longest time I have been a coffee-holic and going to places just to find for freshly roasted, dark coloured heavenly tasted beverage, I find Ganovia Coffee as one of the greatest things that happened to brewing!

“The power of a man’s mind is directly proportional to the quantity of coffee he drinks.” – Sir James Mackintosh

Boulder Chiropractor advises on How to Avoid Diabetes, Heart Disease and Obesity

Monday, September 12th, 2011

How To Avoid Diabetes, Heart Disease and Obesity!

Did you know that Testosterone begins declining in men as early as the mid-30′s and can result in an increased risk of diabetes, heart disease and obesity?

Something we all want to avoid. This condition is called Andropause. Symptoms of low testosterone levels include anxiety, reduced libido, loss of lean muscle mass and low stamina, as well as depression.

Do you suffer from any of these symptoms, or do you know any men with these issues?

The medical community has been very slow to recognize how serious this problem is and it is likely that your doctor has never discussed it with you before. There is however, good news.

They tell you it’s possible to increase your testosterone levels with testosterone injections. Unfortunately, this method can be very expensive, painful, and also come with increased risks for prostate cancer, as your blood must be checked on a regular basis to monitor for any possible negative side effects.
Here is REALLY GOOD NEWS!

A new and totally natural homeopathic crème is now available at this office. It will naturally increase your bodies levels of testosterone to levels that were previously only possible with expensive and potentially dangerous testosterone injections.

The testosterone level increases are nothing short of amazing, with none of the side effects associated with testosterone injections.
Here are the benefits that the subjects in our tests have reported and you may receive the same benefits within just 90 days!
1. Increased energy and stamina
2. Increase in Libido.
3. Ability to lift more weight during workouts.
4. Faster recovery from workouts with no sore joints
4. Increase in lean muscle mass.
5. Increase in testosterone levels in 21 days
6. Fat loss especially around the stomach area

You are the first to hear about this amazing new natural testosterone raising crème because you’re a patient here.
You can now have unlimited energy, gain lots of lean muscle, and reduce belly flab, and most of all, using this crème from West Coast Anti Aging will help you feel and look younger than ever before! www.boulderantiaging.com

Boulder Bioidentical Progesterone Creme at Boulder Chiropractic Office

Tuesday, September 6th, 2011

Here’s a BIG QUESTION for you?

Have you experienced any of these symptoms?
Migraines, Fatigue, Irritability, Cramping, Anxiety, Mood Swings, Depression, Fat Gain, Water Retention, Foggy Thinking, Breast Tenderness, Fibrocystic Breasts, Irregular Menstrual Periods, Miscarriages, Infertility, Decreased Sex Drive, Dryness, Endometriosis, Bone Loss, Hair Loss, Hot Flashes, Insomnia, Premature Aging, PMS-Menopausal Symptoms-Bone Loss

In industrialized nations, an over abundance of estrogens, stress, environmental pollution, faulty eating habits and decreased nutrients in food, are creating hormone imbalances referred to as estrogen dominance.

Estrogen is routinely fed and/or injected into live stock to fatten them up for market.

Petrochemical companies produce types of environmental pollution that act as estrogen in the human body and this includes yours. Hormone imbalances create an array of symptoms; many associated with PMS, menopausal symptoms, bone loss and adrenal exhaustion. These imbalances are being put in check by the use of natural progesterone.

Progesterone is a hormone produced by your ovaries and adrenal glands. If you do not have ovaries then it’s left up to your over worked adrenal glands. Natural progesterone by West Coast is bio-identical to the progesterone that the human body produces. Today, women are realizing the immediate and long-term benefits of using natural progesterone and estriol crèmes and herbs. Dr. John R. Lee MD, physician and author, writes that natural progesterone creme in applications of 20-30 mg is giving relief to women expressing symptoms of estrogen dominance.

Why doesn’t my medical doctor prescribe natural progesterone?
Organized medicine and pharmaceutical manufacturers have an age-old relationship. This is not to imply any evil or corruption. Pharmaceutical companies are interested only in medicines that they may patent for a profit. Just like anything natural, natural progesterone cannot be patented. Doctors are required to prescribe products only from the pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Why a crème?
Natural progesterone taken orally is mostly destroyed in the digestion process. TECHNICAL STUFF: Adequate absorption is only accomplished through topical application in the form of a dermal delivery system. Bio Topical crèmes are a non-comedogenic cold processed liposome creme that is free of emulsifiers, isopropyl palmitates, glycerl stearate, octyl palmitate, stearic acid, DEA, triethanolarmine (TEA), dimethicone, cyclomethicone, PEG, alcohols, emulsifying wax, dyes, parabens, colors or mineral oil.

Desired ingredients such as progesterone, estriol and herbal concentrates are used in a cold processed creme, giving a superior consistent absorption rate. West Coast Bio Topical Natural Progesterone Creme is available now. Talk to the doctor about ordering your crèmes now.

Boulder Chiropractor Says Drink Healthy Coffee

Tuesday, September 6th, 2011

Network Family Wellness Center is excited to now stock Ganovia healthy organic coffee for our practice members . When you see the “Benefits” of Ganovia Coffee, you can’t help but want a cup. Now Ganovia U.S.A. makes it possible for you to have an unlimited supply. Pick some up at the office or at our online store www.shopnetworkwellness.com (under the wellness tab) and experience the difference and benefits of “The Best Gourmet Coffee in the World”

Healthy Organic Coffee

Coffee and Pesticides
Coffee is usually not grown in the United States and we therefore have no control over how many pesticides are sprayed on coffee crops. As such, coffee is a heavily sprayed crop, so drinking coffee is likely to expose you to a dose of pesticides with each cup.
Pesticides have been associated with a number of health problems such as:Prostate cancer and other cancers, Parkinson’s Disease, Miscarriages
If you choose to drink coffee, drinking organic coffee might reduce or eliminate the exposure to toxic herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers. Another plus of organic coffee is that you will also be helping to protect the health of the people working in the coffee fields, as you will be helping to reduce their exposure to toxins as well.
Ganovia, has a passion for living healthy and having great coffee. Our hot beverages are unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. Our gourmet blends are expertly roasted featuring a well-balanced, full-flavored experience where every sip finishes with divine smoothness. This isn’t your regular instant coffee. From powerful extracts to superior taste you’re going to love having coffee with Ganovia.
Their signature blend Classic Black features a delightful aroma of full-flavored enjoyment showcasing a light yet velvety smooth finish. It’s subtly bold with the essence of cocoa for instant perfection in every cup.
their deluxe Arabica Black features a robust blend of full-bodied flavor boasting a bold intensity that is richly smooth. This coffee is perfect for the mature palate seeking a dark and intense blend as smooth as silk.
Ganovia Coffee introduces Classic Black and Arabica Black! Both products are not only good but also good for you. What makes Ganovia so good and good for you? Three “healthy” ingredients:

Ganoderma Mushroom – also known as the Red Reishi Mushroom. Chinese medicine reports that this mushroom has antioxidant, analgesic (pain relieving), anti-inflammatory qualities. They say it lowers blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, and blood sugar. Known as the miraculous king of herbs, the ganoderma mushroom has been used for centuries to promote health and longevity. Containing hundreds of antioxidants, this “Super Food” is held in high regard in the Orient. Japan and China use this extract as a licensed medical treatment. This extract helps to promote a natural immune system to maintain balance in the body.
Goji Berry: a sweet tasting berry that grows in Tibet, the Himalyas, and Mongolia. Also nicknamed as the “Happy Berry” because of the sense of well being it seems to induce. Chinese medicine states this berry helps with eyesight, boosts sperm production, protects the liver and improves circulation among other things. Used in Chinese medicine for nearly 4,000 years, this “Super Food” is full of powerful antioxidants. It’s also high in protein and contains high levels of Vitamins C, A, E & B. In fact, goji berries contain more iron than spinach and more beta carotene than carrots. In China, this is known as their super energizing herb, and one can certainly see why!
Cordyceps : A Traditional Chinese medicine known as “The Healing Mushroom”. It used to treat liver, kidney and heart disease, as well as immune system disorders and diabetes. Its also reported to have anti-cancer properties. Some consider this to be the ultimate “Super Food” and is known for having restorative and energizing properties. In fact, this food can be found today in the pharmaceutical industry, supplement manufacturing, and as a food additive. It’s extremely high in beta-glucans, which helps to support proper oxygen levels in the body. By maintaining an oxygen-rich environment, your body is better
Ganovia Coffee is instant coffee and therefore all you need to add is hot water which makes it perfect when you’re on the go. There are no added sweeteners or naturally occurring sugars added to Ganovia Coffee.
Another concern of the other than toxic pesticides coffee is the caffeine content. High caffeine content can be related to heart challenges, anxiety, insomnia and many other problems . Both of the Ganovia blends have considerably lower caffeine content. The Ganovia Arabica has 67 mg of caffeine and Classic Black has 75 mg of caffeine.

How much caffeine is in a regular cup of coffee? Our trusted resources at the Mayo Clinic (http://www.mayoclinic.com) gave us this information! It was pretty interesting! Many people’s favorite treat is a Starbucks Vanilla Latte. We were shocked to find out that it has 150 mg of caffeine in a 16 oz cup! That’s there most popular size at Starbucks! Dunkin Donuts didn’t fare any better. Their 16 oz cup of coffee has between 143-206 mg of caffeine! A plain old generic brewed coffee can have as much as 95-200 mg for 8 oz of coffee, WOW!!
So although Ganovia is not caffeine free because it is Gourmet Coffee, it certainly has less caffeine than most coffee products. And many caffeine sensitive folk are able to drink it.
Type of coffee Caffeine: (milligrams)
Dunkin’ Donuts, brewed, 16 oz (480 mL) 143-206
Generic brewed, 8 oz (240 mL) 95-200
Generic brewed, decaffeinated, 8 oz (240 mL) 2-12
Generic instant, 8 oz (240 mL) 27-173
Generic instant, decaffeinated, 8 oz (240 mL) 2-12
Starbucks Espresso, 1 oz (30 mL) 58-75
Starbucks Vanilla Latte, 16 oz (480 mL) 150
Ganovia Arabica has 67 mg of caffeine and Classic Black has 75 mg of caffeine
